It's been awhile since my last blog. I basically fell off the wagon shortly after starting this blog and felt there was no reason to be here. But the fact is whether I have good things to report or bad things, I need to report them. Just so I can see them in print.
Last June the 13th to be exact I started over yet again. This time was different because I was doing it for health and not weight. Over the spring I really started having problems with my back, my stomach was hurting all the time (I had been diagnosed with a Hiatel Hernia the Fall before) and I was not sleeping well at all. I was having really bad RLS and was miserable. I needed to change my ways just so I could feel better. I did GREAT!! I exercised regularly, ate much better, had only the occasional glass of red wine and the only thing I drank was water. Nothing else, just water. I felt so good and the benefit was I lost 17 pounds in just over a month. My friends and I had a girls weekend planned in Hilton Head S.C. the end of July so I knew I was going to stray during that time. I really did not do to bad actually but ever since coming back from there I have not been able to get my head in the game. I have my good day's and my bad day's, I have not gained anything back but have not lost any either. And my back is starting to hurt again so I have to get back to a routine. Right now I am taking it one day at a time. Today so far it's been a good day :)
