C1D3

I am down 6 pds!! I feel so much better starting today than I did all day yesterday, the withdrawals of processed food and sugar is hopefully over. The only thing I am concerned with is the lack of calories. You don't count calories on this diet but I do and I don't think I am getting enough. My protein, fiber and iron levels are perfect, of course my carbs are low for this first cycle which is normal. I am not hungry at all but today I will have to figure out how to get in at least a couple hundred more calories.
